CloudWish began with a question: what if death could be designed?

What if the final experience wasn’t something to fear, but something to shape ? A passage crafted with the same sensitivity we bring to architecture, light, and art? From that question came STYX, a space built not to preserve the body but to honor consciousness — to hold it, archive it, and let it rest.

The idea grew from many disciplines and from a shared discomfort with silence around death. Designers who once built immersive spaces saw how environments could soothe or disturb the human spirit. Technologists imagined a new form of remembrance, one that could exist in both the physical and digital worlds. Poets and thinkers joined, refusing to believe that memory simply ends. Together, they began building a space where technology could meet tenderness.

But CloudWish is also a critique of culture itself. Birth, once a natural transition, is now a vast industry, from pregnancy apps, lactation consultants, sleep coaches, postpartum facilities. We design and brand the beginning of life, yet treat its end as unmentionable. Death remains hidden, managed, and feared.

This project asks why. Why is it acceptable to turn birth into business, but taboo to design or discuss death? Why do we celebrate control at life’s start and deny it at life’s close?

CloudWish explores that contradiction. It imagines a world where people over sixty-five can choose a designed departure, a final day crafted like an experience: gentle, ritualized, and intentional. It is speculative, not instructional, and completely open for discussion.  A study in user experience, interface, and emotion.

A thought experiment in what happens when service design, spirituality, and capitalism overlap.

Inside HAVN, every surface and sound has intention. Corridors are lit to mimic the rhythm of breath. Light softens corners instead of defining them. There are no visible machines, only calm and presence.

Here, data is treated like prayer; uploads are handled like confession. Each guest becomes a story continuing into stillness.

We do not promise eternity. We promise awareness of a moment that is deeply human, honest, and unhurried. CloudWish exists to remind us that endings deserve design, that beauty and compassion can inhabit even the digital.

For me, this work is about curiosity and courage and a willingness to confront what society avoids.

Death is part of our lifecycle, and design is part of how we make meaning.

CloudWish simply brings those truths together.

Because every ending deserves intention.
Because even code can hold compassion.

When everything is designed and sold, we reach the shadowed corner where one industry remains untouched — dying.

Reimagining end-of-life care as a designed experience — a brand, a business, and a ritual for euthanasia at its most luxurious state of mind. It asks what happens when UX becomes empathy, architecture becomes memory, and technology becomes tenderness.

This project is purely conceptual — a meditation on design ethics, beauty, and the human condition.

A study in ethereal aesthetics, calm technology, and meaningful storytelling, it invites us to celebrate life by designing death.

Core of CloudWish

A space suspended between intention and release.
Minimal, meditative, and precise — designed for pause, not speed.
CloudWish embodies the quiet luxury of in-between.
